Shipping Process
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that our team has started processing it. Processing requires 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). After processing is completed, your order will be shipped. You will then receive a second email containing your tracking information. Standard shipping within the United Kingdom generally takes 3–4 business days (Monday–Friday). Rayida provides free shipping on all US orders.
Delays
If the combined processing and shipping timeframe has passed and your order has not arrived, please allow up to 2 additional business days (Monday–Friday). Make sure to check your tracking information for updates throughout this period. If your package still has not been delivered after this extra time, contact us with your order number, and our team will assist you.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, email us at support@rayida.com as quickly as possible. Once the order enters processing, cancellation is no longer possible.
