Return Process

You may return your items within 30 days of the shipping date for any reason. Returns requested after the 30-day period cannot be accepted. To begin your return, contact us at support@rayida.com and include your order details.

All returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In the original packaging

  • All tags still attached

Please ensure the item is packed in a manner that protects it from damage during transit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process

Once your return has arrived at our facility, our team will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return requirements. After the inspection is completed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refund processing may take up to 7 days. Rayida does not charge restocking fees.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at support@rayida.com. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of shipping and only for unused items in their original condition. Our team will guide you through the exchange steps once we receive your request.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, email us as quickly as possible at support@rayida.com. Cancellations can only be completed if the order has not yet been processed. Once processing has begun, we are unable to cancel the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or not the one you ordered, we sincerely regret the inconvenience. To assist you promptly:

  1. Take clear photos of the issue

  2. Email the images and your order details to support@rayida.com
